According to the principle of a construction set and without any special tools you assemble the parts.  
1.


Put the seal plug into the ROOS-solar ribbed tube...

 

 2.


...and push it on the nipple of the distribution tube.

 

 3.


Push the seal sleeve over it: ready and watertight!
