The renowned European testing institution CSTB (a member of EOTA, the European Organisation for Technical Approvals) put the solar-rapid® pool heating collector through its paces and reported that it is outstanding for reliability and service life, with an efficiency rating of 91.3%.
The fact that the materials of which solar-rapid® pool heating is made are of particularly high quality has already been demonstrated over the course of more than 30 years.
However, for the owner of a swimming pool it is not only durability and maintenance-free operation that are important, but also fast and effective warming of the swimming pool water. The technical reliability and safety of the solar pool heating do of course need to be right too.
That these criteria were met was verified and confirmed by the appropriate pan-European testing institute. The CSTB is constantly monitoring our quality and reliability assurance processes – to the benefit of our customers.
The ROOS company is understandably proud of having successfully secured certification from CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment). The process involved scrupulous tests, measurements and calculations, that put the collector’s productive efficiency, durability and security under the microscope. The certification applies throughout the entire European Union. The solar-rapid collector is the first of its type with this rigorously vetted seal of quality.
